Our skin covers the largest percentage of our bodies but not just that, it’s quite sensitive and reactive to different stimuli and products, therefore the skin tends to easily get affected when it’s not well taken care of. Damaged skin will appear to have cracks, excessive dryness, increased acne, excessively oily and also color patches.

Causes of skin damage.

They include;

  • Excess sun exposure.
  • Unhealthily diet
  • Dehydration
  • Cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption
  • Repetitive face movement
  • Chemical irritants.
  • Being too harsh on zits and pimples.
  • Exfoliating flakey skin

So in order to have a natural glow on your skin, avoid the above and instead use the natural ways and procedures to maintain your skin color, tone and texture
